Ok I don't know where to start but A1 is so good.
Firstly- the timely turnaround for the reports is FAST.
I called on Friday arvo, booked my inspection for Saturday, and got my report within 6 hours of inspection!
Secondly - the reports are detailed. VERY THOROUGH!

Did I mention that they also gave a complimentary property data pack? Yes this info can be found online easily but having this report for free was so handy, just saves you having to search it yourself.

I showed my report to a few friends and they've bought multiple properties before and were very impressed by how detailed the report was, and how fast it was! Considering I was on a 7 day time crunch from signing contract, A1 is the way to go.

And lastly, I needed to call someone about the report and they called me on Sunday to talk about it. Didn't know they work Sunday's.
I appreciate it so much.
So just like that - I have everything I needed, all done in one weekend.
I felt a lot more at ease and reassured using A1 and I think I'll continue to use them!!

So pleased and happy with the service. Don't hesitate to use A1.

Great service, inspectors name is Adel providing a top class inspection and report. I used A1 for my initial Practical Completion inspection and a follow up Practical inspection couldn’t be happier with the results.

Highly recommended.

All I can say is that if you need a pre-purchase inspection, you have to go with A1. Adel was prompt, professional and communication was outstanding. As a first home buyer, I really was out of my depth and Adel took the time to thoroughly explain the process and results and what to expect. A1 was also incredibly reasonably priced compared to others.

Process has been effortless since the moment I spoke to Sherry. Super efficient and minimised my role in organising date and time by contacting the agent. Got a call from the inspector while they were on site to outline findings. Report was detailed and thorough, report was easy to read because they were already mentioned over the phone.

Genuinely grateful. The report was thorough, clear and didn't sugar coat anything. Because of it, I was able to terminate the contract on what would have turned into an absolute nightmare of a house.
Everything was explained in a way that actually made sense.
If you want an honest inspector who does their job properly and looks out for the buyer - this is the company to use.

We needed a building and pest inspection done urgently. Called up over the weekend and they were able to fit us in at 9am on the Monday and get the report to us by 2pm that same day. Incredible turnaround time.

The quality of the report was also great. The inspector had obviously gone to a good amount of effort to inspect all areas and report honestly.
